Great company, easy and enjoyable experience participating in surveys and sharing knowledge.

Stay away they are big time scam, I keep waiting for my hard earned money, they sent the money to my account but they blocked the account so I am unable to withdraw the money since July and the customer support is trash because they are not even responding to my mail… I keep seeing notifications that I was paid but I can’t access my account, how those that make sense

--- I’ve been collaborating with CleverX for three years, but lately their service has completely fallen apart. For over three months now, I haven’t received any payment for completed surveys. Despite my consistent attempts to reach out through all available channels, they’ve entirely ignored me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about their professionalism and reliability. I’m very disappointed and can no longer trust them as a partner.

Working with Clever X as an advertising industry expert has been very positive. Once matched with a survey, payment is made shortly after. Highly recommended!

This is Joseph Daverick I’m reaching out to Cleverx from here and my payments got canceled with no good reason Your manager Mir Ali stated that I violated the platform guidelines and many useless reason I don’t recommend clever X to any regular worker in the Us They send you hip of surveys and keep on sending low rewards I recommend Newton X to everyone

While I'm thankful for the opportunity, Cleverx has no easy way to contact their customer support team with status updates. The only way is to reach out via the messages in the console and even that was a stretch. Please make it easier for reaching out to support.
