While I'm thankful for the opportunity, Cleverx has no easy way to contact their customer support team with status updates. The only way is to reach out via the messages in the console and even that was a stretch. Please make it easier for reaching out to support.

Hey Arnold, thanks for your feedback. We have relayed your feedback to the team and will keep improving our support infrastructure. Since we get quite a few queries every day, it's difficult to manage it with an email inbox, hence we switched to a better, more intuitive option of chatting with the team directly. You can always create a ticket as well through chat for urgent issues. Thanks again!
