I cannot wait for my insurance to end with them in a couple months. This company has refused to repair my car after a hit and run, when I provided them information of the other party's car. Be extremely cautious if you're willing to deal with this insurance company. They're very new with little history. Many of these ratings are from people who have just saved money. Saving money is great, but when it comes time to use insurance to get your car repaired, it's nothing but a nightmare with this company.

I am a new cluent of Clearcover as I was a member of USAA for over 30 years and insured my home and autos with this exclusive company until two months ago when they screwed up my auto premium. I am ex military but found USAA to be drifting away from its commitment of excellence in the last four years. There's been a myriad of people leaving USAA over the years because of this. Clearcover was $30 cheaper with better coverage than I previously had. That's a savings of over $360 a year-a dollar a day!

Great customer service when you call them. They even called me to let me know my credit card wasn’t working for the auto pay I had set up. I haven’t had to put in for a claim yet, but my guess is that it will be a positive experience.

Such a great and simple experience, was so easy to adjust coverage and view costs to choose a policy that works for me.
