Great Company and affordable insurance to the max... My only complaint is sometimes people pay later then the date.. so the cancellation letter sends out a week in advance and also they send the letter to the car company as well .. other then that great insurance.. select what you want

Can't complain. They don't bother me and I haven't had a reason to contact them either so it's a win win.

It took about 3 days to get in touch after filing the claim. But once it got started, everything was smooth. I received a fair reimbursement for the totaled vehicle.

I've had a really positive experience with Clearcover. It was super easy to sign up online, they have a great app which makes it even easier to get my id card, also I saved a bunch of money switching! I haven't had to use their claims process but it's all online as well so super helpful!

I have been with clearcover for about 3 years now. They were the cheapest and was recommended by a friend actually. 2 years ago I was involved in an accident where a woman merged into my lane totaling my vehicle. I submitted a claim with the other parties insurance but they kept pointing the finger at everyone else. I even have footage from a traffic camera putting the other driver at fault and a police report. I submitted my claim through clearcover since I didn't have the time and patience to argue with another insurance. Not to mention that's why you pay insurance for, to have them deal with this for you. They use a 3rd part company for claims and they are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I had to call my claims adjuster almost daily to get some update from her. 2 years later and I still have no idea what the outcome of the accident was and I was never reimbursed for my deductible either. They recently raised my insurance by almost $60 a month due to "California policies." I will be making the switch to another insurance soon and refuse to renew with them again. Save yourself time and money and get a reputable insurance company, trust me the lower monthly payment is not worth it with clearcover. Even the body shop I worked with for my accident said this company is difficult to work with. I would NEVER recommend clearcover to anyone, no matter how bad your driving record is.

My daughter as in a car accident and she was delivering groceries and now the clear cover is not wanting to cover after they took our money to pay for her to be insured, Now my daughters license is being suspended and they are saying she never had insurance. I have proof and I never received the full policy. Do not use this company I should have stuck it out with Gieco!

I was rear ended at a stoplight by a Clear Cover insured party in March and Clear Cover has been zero help. I provided them with my statement and they could not get a hold of their insured driver. They gave me the run around stating that they needed to contact the other driver and that I would have to wait 90 days. 90 days came and went. I called again on June 15 after the 90 days had passed and left a voicemail. Never received a call back. I called again July 20 and I was told they never were able to get a hold of their insured driver so they would have to deny the claim. How wonderful for their driver that they just don’t answer the phone and there are no consequences. And Clear Cover never even bothered to call me to update me. So now I have a messed up rear bumper through no fault of my own. I guess that’s how they keep their prices so low, they don’t pay anybody out. And to top it off, I was told this happens all the time. Laughable.
