I ordered these on Amazon and you have to make an impression by yourself with the molding kit that they give you. It takes a bit of effort to learn the hang of it as I had to go through about five different kits that they had to mail me cuz I couldn't get the mold right lol. I finally was able to make a decent impression though of my teeth and sent it in. Pretty quickly the guard was sent to me and it fit okay but not perfect so I contacted them saying if they could file a little bit off of the rear back molar. Which they honored! The second pair of liners took longer but understandable since it's just a modification to the original order I sent in. Customer service did call me with a live agent which I appreciated and the live agent let me know I could call her at any time with questions. I received my second aligner in the mail as per my request they indeed was able to modify it the way I wanted and now it fits wonderfully! I recommend them a lot. They can be a little bit pushy in wanting you to leave a review of your experience after the fact just to let you know. When I say pushy I mean like I must have received at least 5 or 6 emails and seemingly 4 text messages asking me to leave a review. It's a little bit annoying I want them to know that . Other than that it was a pretty good experience and I am happy with the product.

I’ve been a customer for more than five years. During that time I had two problems. One of the problems was that a guard they sent to me didn’t feel right. I emailed the team at Clear Club. They had me take a picture of the guard and determined that I should get a new one. Recently, I had a problem that my guards weren’t fitting like they used to. As I’m 80 years old, I would imagine my teeth have shifted a bit and told them about it. They sent me a kit and made a new guard. There were no charges no hassle no second-guessing. If you never have a problem, that’s good. However, if you do have a problem, and the company takes care of it promptly to your satisfaction, that’s great.

I wish I would have bought this sooner. I wasn't willing to pay the astronomical price my dentist quoted me but the over-the-counter mouth guards just weren't working. They were bulky, uncomfortable, and I would spit them out in the middle of the night. Clear Club fixed all of that! The ordering process was easy, and they kept reminding me to get my mold in as quickly as possible. The only lag was definitely on my end getting the impression to them. Took about a week and a half to get my customized mold and I've been sleeping so much better ever since. I truly wish I would have done this sooner.

I’ve been a customer for many years and whenever I’ve had to reach out to them, they have been very prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s so nice to be able to actually talk to a real person these days. I also love that I receive a new mouth guard every six months but they also notify me in advance in case I have changes or just want to skip a shipment.
