Simple enough while warm & friendly.
Simple enough process. Reasonable prices (ESPECIALLY versus the Dentist). They delivered on brand promise. Fit was solid! They're proactive in their follow up after purchasing. Warm, friendly folks. End to end, all good!

Just Poor
Product is too expensive. The customer service communication was lacking. I wasn’t notified when my impressions were accepted. They took entirely too long to ship, long to arrive and the presentation was poor. For the price paid I feel my product should’ve been a little better packed then just thrown in a ziplock bag then into a shipping bag. It wasn’t presentable and didn’t look sanitary or make me feel comfortable putting them in my mouth. I don’t mind paying premium prices when the customer service and presentation makes it seem premium. The guard even looked dingy and dirty. They could’ve at least been cleaned after production.

We created your new replacement guard which was delivered to you on January 28, 2026, along with including a return label so you can send the original guard back for review. Great Product!
Loved how easy it was to order the Cleaning + Whitening Foam and it works great! My night guard is clean and also it cleared up the yellowing aspects of it. Will buy again once I run out!
