Ive tried the mold 5 times now and they send it back everytime. Its alomost impossible to get the mold right. I asked for a refund and they denied me after all of these attempts so I guess I lost my money. Dont deal with this company they are impossible to work with

Bad customer service
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with ClearClub has been extremely disappointing — and expensive.
I purchased their kit, which was already on the pricey side, and followed all instructions carefully. I even sent them photos of my impressions. ClearClub knew the clay material wasn’t enough, yet they approved it anyway. Because of that, the retainers they made don’t fit at all. They are literally unusable and are now just sitting in the box — a complete waste of money.
What frustrates me the most is the customer service. We have a full email trail showing that the retainers do not fit, yet instead of fixing the issue, ClearClub automatically shipped and charged me for a replacement I never requested. Another charge taken out of my account without authorization, while the original product still isn’t usable.
It’s shocking that a company that appears at the top of Google search results — clearly spending heavily on marketing — can deliver such poor-quality impressions, products, and customer support. I genuinely expected better.
At this point, I’ve paid for a product that doesn’t fit, plus an additional charge for something I didn’t order. The lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I would not recommend ClearClub to anyone.
