When the form is submitted, if the API reports it as spam they get a standard response so they don't know anything is wrong, their ip is then added to my own database. On every page of the site, my own database is checked first, and previous offenders then just get a completely blank page so they are completely blocked from future access.

Easy to setup, not to expensive

Be warned if you are using CleanTalk on you contact forms, you may be BLOCKING good leads. This morning I went online to book a large group dinner at a steak house in Las Vegas. They have a form to complete and submit for large groups. When I went to submit, it gave me an error on my email address "Forbidden. Sender blacklisted. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk." I checked and made sure that this was my business email I used daily. Annoyed I proceeded to try my two personal emails with the same error message. I gave up trying to submit my request, but went to CleanTalk website to try to remove my emails from being blocked and found that there is no tool or option to verify an email or domain to remove from their list. As a business owner I understand the desire to screen out spam, but whatever system CLEANTALK is using is not accurate.
