TERRIBLE. I purchased their service for THREE YEARS and it's supposed to work on three websites. Purchased another package for 1 year. Won't activate even though I have the API Keys and have pasted them into their key. UPDATE: Finally got a reply and clarification. It's been fixed, but it took a lot of back and forth. The product works quite well, but if you have an issue, you're kind of on your own. Clean Talk, a help ticket is not the same as real support. Real support to me is a phone number to an actual human. I know that's not your business model.

Started out great but after the latest update it's letting in everything. Clearly the update has alot of bugs. Never should have upgraded. Plugin no longer working. New registrations left at awaiting moderation to protect the forum from this lot. Won't be renewing licence

Cleantalk is amazing! I really like this service I am using it in puntointer.com to protect it from spammers and it works ! I hate the old captchas and recaptcha (ugly and a waste of time) but with cleantalk you don´t have to worry about it. They are handling it from the cloud and worldwide with a yearly price affordable for everyone 8$!!! it is just amazing

After I did a trail period on my website (MediaWiki) there where no more spammers on my website anymore. The protection looks to be 100% effective. I consider to use it on my other website too (Wordpress).
