Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Kim went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring for my now fiancée. Shipping was very fast as well. The diamond looks flawless and my fiancée is constantly getting compliments on how much it sparkles. Needless to say she loved it!

Clean Origin is fantastic. If you are looking for an ethical choice for a diamond this is it. Even if companies like De Beers claim to be ethically sourcing their diamonds these days, they built their empire on death, slavery, and human rights violations.

So amazing, they were even willing to resize at the last minute, and I was still able to get the ring on time. Truly spectacular service; I only wish I was buying multiple engagement rings throughout my life to be able to interact with their kind-hearted and truly spectacular staff.

I purchased a ‘rare find’ diamond - 1.55, F color, VS1 clarity with an ideal cut. It was excellent, I have no reservations at all with the experience, the stone was set in an amazing ring that she absolutely loved. In short I would recommend this experience to anyone. Totally understand the reservation with such a large purchase via a website but the team was completely accessible and if any reservations with the stone, you do have the ability send back for refund etc. everything shipped very quickly with no issues at all, overall great experience.

Honestly the best in the business. Every step of the buying process is efficient, transparent, and fair. The website is responsive and full of nifty tools and video so you can drill down to exactly what you want and confirm it visually. This is especially helpful because Clean Origin carries so much stock! I can't say the same for other diamond sellers online or for many brick and mortar stores for that matter. Shipping was prompt and arrived very securely too. When I got the ring, there were no surprises except how nice it looked in person. The only thing I wish I had a choice in was what box the ring itself came in, but that's a minor point. The biggest thing through it all is that I got what I wanted: a very high quality and fairly priced lab grown diamond ring and a very satisfied fiancé!
