Very nice bracelet, great diamonds. Quality on the bracelet itself could be improved, though. I think the sturdiness should be stronger in terms of the sideways bend. But a very nice piece for sure.

I am very happy with my purchase
I am very happy with my purchase. My ring is beautiful, fits perfectly and was delivered quickly. My only complaint is that the store in my local mall closedown and now I don’t have a place to get routine maintenance done on my previous purchases.

Bumpy Road but beautiful product
Ordered a ring for Christmas and was told it would ship on 12/22. When I contacted them about the shipment, they couldn't confirm it would be here as promised. I reached out to customer service over 5 times and each time they promised an update. I never got an update. Also, the customer service has no clue what is happening in production.
*Update: they made it right and it got here on time. Ring is gorgeous and better than expected. I would order again but a lot earlier.

Hi Rachel, We are very sorry for the frustration and disappointment we caused, especially with a Christmas gift. You’re absolutely right to expect clear communication and accurate updates, and we fell short there.
Due to a much higher order volume than anticipated, our team prioritized getting orders shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that meant our internal status updates and customer communication didn’t keep pace, and promises of follow-up weren’t met. We understand how upsetting that is, and we take responsibility for it.

The shopping was great. The options for the type of diamond you want and the settings were great. I would have given five stars but the process of getting an appointment to speak to an expert was difficult and daunting. My engagement ring arrived 9-29-25 and it is gorgeous. It is all that I hoped for. I just hope she will love it too.

Emerald-cut diamonds have a very different style of sparkle compared to round brilliant diamonds. The emerald shape features a step-cut faceting style, which creates broad, flat planes that resemble steps. This design produces a more subtle and elegant type of light reflection known as a "hall of mirrors" effect — think of it as flashes of light that move across the stone, rather than the intense sparkle or “fire” you’d see in a round brilliant cut.
Round diamonds, by contrast, are cut specifically to maximize brilliance and fire. Their numerous triangular and kite-shaped facets are arranged to reflect light in many directions, creating that signature sparkle most people associate with diamonds.
It is important to us that you love your ring, therefore, we offer a 60 day return policy in the event you wish to make a return, or exchange the ring for another style.

Generally satisfied. Purchased a stunning diamond but had some issues with the ring setting. There were a few challenges with customer service but management stepped in and was very supportive, understanding and eager to resolve the issue. At the end of everything I’ll consider Clean Origin again in the future based on the beauty of the diamond and trust in their management team.
