SCAM!!! I ordered once. I actually clicked the option to pay more for the one time shipment vs subscription monthly. Then the next month they shipped me not one order but TWO separate orders on the same exact day and charged my CC $21.95 twice. When I contacted them their CS told me I could return less a 15% restocking fee. What? They also claimed that I was signed up for a subscription AND in the same sentence told me the mistake for duplicate ordered was probably because of my internet connection and when I ordered I hit the order button twice. Ha! Wait....if I was on this supposed subscription I wouldn't have hit the order button twice? It was automatically ordered by them. Total scam!!! I'm still fighting with them and calling my credit card company today to report then as fraudulent charges. Never waste your energy or money here.

Ordered product once. "Subscription" order unauthorized. Called the number for the seller listed on PayPal. They then offered 10% discount, then 10% discount ad $50 credit if I would keep the subscription. Canceled the auto payment through PayPal. Scam!

I ordered one time detergent. I didn’t sign up for you to keep billing me to receive more. Please take me off your account! I don’t even like the product . Cancel me immediately. Rose Mary Van Groningen July 20, 2021

Scam. While the product may be good, the company is a scam. They charged my PayPal account for an automatic renewal that I did not request. PayPal will not reimburse me. I have cancelled future orders via PayPal. The Cleanomic phone number is never answered. Attempting to log into their website and "Manage your subscription" is a joke. The website takes you in loops and constantly asks you to login. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. My bad for not reading reviews before buying their product.

SCAM Never received the product!! Customer Service Phone number was disconnected. Fortunately I contacted Paypal to request a refund and put a stop on them being able to charge my account again.

Update to my "me too" post. Cleanomic says they have cancelled my "subscription" but have already shipped whatever it was they charged me for. I have made a complaint to the CA Attorney Generals office. I suggest any other victims do so as well.

Total Scam. Same experience as others. How do we take legal action and stop these fraudsters?!

Unfortunately, the company is a scam. I found out in my PayPal account that they had signed me up for a subscription. I cancelled it before they could hit my account again. I never received the initial product, nor did I sign up for a subscription. Customer service was pleasant, but had an approach meant to delay or put off the customer. They give you a fake tracking number and it will sit for weeks claiming that the USPS is awaiting the item. Buyer Beware !!
