I’m more than happy with the varied sizes of bags and trash bags I ordered. It took a while to arrive but I was ok with that. My only complaint is the number of sales emails I received after my order. I even edited my email preferences to only include items I’d already purchased but the daily emails kept coming! You forced me to unsubscribe completely. I believe in your mission so maybe dial down the emails.

Absolute nightmare to deal with! Website hangs while placing order due to multiple upsells resulting in duplicate order that they are unable (unwilling) to cancel. Refund will only be issued once order is returned (at your expense) and after handling fee... Emails come from multiple companies so not even sure who we're dealing with. (Cleanomic/BugMD)

Beware, a very suspicious company! I did a one-off order a while ago and had no problems. I then got an email a few days ago saying my subscription shipment will be sent shortly. I replied saying my purchase was a one-off and did not request a suspension. They replied that I can alter the frequency by logging onto my account instead of cancelling. I responded that I do not have an account as it’s a one-off purchase and that they need to cancel this and any future shipment. They again replied that I should logon to my account. I repeated my previous comment on my next reply and warned them that I have not authorised them to take any money from my account for any subscription. And that I have notified my bank and I would also report them.i asked for them to confirm that they have cancelled any shipments. They are very persistent and have not come back to confirm that they have actions cancellation. It I should

I just placed an order online and didn't get no confirmation email. Hope this wont be a bad transaction experience. But I got charged 3 times on my credit card. I only placed 1 order, That Buy 3 Get 3 Free deal offer that was on FB.
