CleanomicReviews of cleanomic.com

I love Cleanomic products because they come in recyclable paper boxes. I use the soap sheets on all my laundry. It smells divine and everything gets very clean. My son’s laundry even comes out sparkling!

This company not only has great products but rxvellent customer service.

We love the garbage bags the fact that they compost is why we bought them in the first place but they are even better than that. The are strong, hold heavy garbage don't smell and we will forever use them. I also bought the quart and gallon bags they keep food well but my only complaint is I need them to be clear so you can see what is in them, otherwise I love them as well.

I have used this product for years now I buy it all the time and especially when they have their specials, which is quite often I’m a senior citizen and I have an incontinent cat that I adopted and 103 year old mother I do a ton of laundry, especially washable, cotton, pee pads, etc. This is so much easier on my hands when you have to do a lot of washing and drying and folding I also am so grateful that we’re not having to throw away tons of plastic containers. It’s a beautiful product. I’ve shared it with my friends. It’s really worth the money. It really makes a difference if one of us stops using plastic containers as much as we can and chemical free products. I love this company. I give this product five stars.!

I love this new way of doing my laundry with sheet my clothes look great and I don’t have to carry home any more last containers of laundry soap.

I love all the products Cleanomic makes. It’s a real bonus that the products are biodegradable which benefits the environment.

I made a decision a year ago to try this laundry detergent product for its environmental considerations. I did not sign up for recurring orders and have never repurchased from the company as I was not satisfied with the product. January 1, 2025 I am suddenly notified that my order has been processed and my account has been charged for an order which I did not make. I notified the company by text and email and attempted to contact them by phone. I received back a BS email that mirrored others posted on this platform. I notified them that I would not accept receipt of the product and the charges that they placed on my credit card would and have been denied. No response! It appears that this is a money grab to bolster the appearance of working capital that they can have on their books prior to all the refund requests are processed. Horrible!!! Interesting also that they processed the payment through a credit card account that was no longer valid! Bad product, bad business practices, bad customer service, a company to be absolutely avoided!!

I received a package I didn't order. I tried calling and going to the support site that I am not allowed to cite online for some reason. Don't bother putting it in your response as I am aware and so is everyone else by now what it is. I called during business hours and a recording said they were closed. I tried "manage my subscription" but didn't know my account number and didn't have another way to access the subscription I didn't realize I had. These people will falsely say that their records show that so and so did this and that... don't believe them. I have been trying for two days now. These people are ruining what could be a good customer experience because they have a product that supports the environment...but if you don't support your customers, you lose them. If I hear back from them, I will let you know. Today is Friday, Dec. 20th at 2:30 Pacific time. Here is my update. It is Sunday the 29th and I have heard from the support team. They have submitted a refund request (I had to pay for shipping) and they have taken me off the subscription list.
