This company is suspicious and possibly fraudulent. I made an order and received it, no problem. When I attempted to log into my account to manage my subscription it could not be accessed. I was told their system was down. Two weeks later I tried again and still unable to access. I asked their chat to cancel FIVE TIMES with no confirmation. Their customer service line says they are closed but it's normal business hours. Beware.

I would give a zero if I could. Same day ordered read reviews and reached out via email to cancel the order. Was told done. I then receive email that it shipped. Was then advised to refused. Did such 1/13 and now still have no refund. USPS tracking shows that the package is sitting somewhere since 1/22 with no further movement. I have emailed and also chatted on line with no sucess of refund and your chat is a joke. No response but a note thank you for vising chat and that was 10 mins ago. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

Why is it so hard to find where this product is manufactured. Yes, its headquarters are in Michigan, but that does not me it is manufactured here. I've been trying to find this out but for 15 min. now, I can't find it anywhere. What are they hiding?

Our local Waste Management is very disappointing. They only recycle paper now. All plastic was going into the landfill! We have been so happy with the quality of the bags from Cleanomic! They are sturdy and we don't have to worry about plastics leaching into the food that we store in them. The 13-gallon trash bags are surprisingly sturdy as well. They seem to hold quite a bit of weight and really haven't had to worry about tearing. Overall, this has been a very positive change in our lives. The trash bags are sturdy. They match our previous trash bags in strength. It is great that Cleanomic products are compostable. I am also happy with the different food bags (snack, sandwich, quart, and gallon). They also are practical, heavy duty and compostable. The product delivery is dependable and convenient.

I enjoy many of their products... they sent me a lot of dissolvable tablets, but I don't have the bottles to match, so I haven't tried them yet... I am really looking forward to it though. I also would like to see a more interactive ordering system so I can adjust my subscription!!! Otherwise, pretty good stuff!

I don’t remember, where I saw the advertaisment! Or if i got it thru an email. I’m glad I red it, because I place my first order in late September started using on October, my clothes smell great and my towels are softer. I don’t think I’m going to go back of using the liquid soap.

Love using non-plastic bags that bio degrade in a few years rather than a thousand. Still trying to decrease amount of waste we produce, but this helps to lessen footprint even more.
