This company makes it incredibly hard to cancel their subscriptions. I cancelled by subscription with them 6 weeks ago, they still sent me another order, charged me, and are now refusing to refund me the money. Don't sign up!

I was disappointed to note that product is made in China. So it’s plastic-free but we need to burn fossil fuel to bring the tablets to the US beats the point somewhat!

I emailed inquiring about my subscription after I received only two of the products that I was supposed to receive. I never got a reply. Then three weeks later. Got a reply that my products were shipping separately, and there was no new to contact them. It took over a month to get all my products, but they charged me the full amount for all products even though they didn’t shop out together. Customer service never replied to my three emails inquiring about my products. Clearly they are too busy to be bothered with customer service. I live the product, but the coroner service is atrocious and I cancelled.

You should know that one mistake was made: I ordered two different products - 10 boxes of laundry sheets (which I LOVE) and 1 box Oxy Boost, I think. I received the one box in my mailbox but not the other 10 boxes. It took me MANY phones and frustration to figure out that, no, my 10 boxes were not stolen, just not delivered yet and I needed another tracking # to find them and FINALLY I got the shipment from UPS even tho DHL seemed to be the carrier AND the first shipment was in my mailbox! After this learning experience, I look forward to enjoying your quality products in the future (I'm sharing them with my friends).
