Honest experience
A couple techs from company somehow entered in the apartment without approval and pressured me into signing up for the service while I was middle of something else. There was no need for that.

Extremely Expensive
I never signed up for this service and only knew I was on it when I saw my electric bill more than double in cost.

Too many emails regarding new customer…
Too many emails regarding new customer incentives. Once a customer, stop sending these repetitive marketing emails.
