However, we also see that you have not renewed your original rate plan that you enrolled onto in March 2023. We have a variety of different pricing plans available to you, both fixed and variable rates, and we would love the opportunity to discuss your options with you in more detail to find the plan that works best for you and your budget. Reviewing your account, I show you have been with CleanChoice Energy for 3 months now. Your supply charges (the only portion sourced from CleanChoice) has ranged anywhere from $12-$33. If you are seeing additional charges or line items, please contact PPL. NOTE: All electric bills have a Supply Charge (from the supplier) and a Distribution/Transmission Charge (from the utility). Supply charges are for generating your electricity. Distribution/Transmission Charges are to get the energy to your home. PPL can explain any charges from their portion of the bill.
