I spent over 100 dollars on claw machines and it's amazing how small the plush toys are they look way bigger they need to have a size scale beside their toys just so you know what size they are or when you get them you'll be like what the put them on a keychain still waiting for my prizes all they sent me was sum of the plush toys which were grossly undersized for what the description is I tried to get in contact with them and then they wanted me to pretty much do their job for them saying that I need to give them numbers and stuff like that which they should already have that and they should be doing their own customer service to rectify customers problems they obviously don't care about anybody and they are ripping people off false advertising be warned be warned do not go on this site you will be very disappointed

Look I just paid 40$ for my granddaughter to play,the game continually says "try another machine"come on.reimburse my money,I go elsewhere.

I think it's too bad that you only get half of the teddies and things you win in the machines sent to your home and they don't want to come into contact with so you can't talk to them about it.

This company is opening themselves up for a lawsuit. It’s fraud how they are operating. I came back to Clawee when they started the key thing. You only get so many free keys. But then have to buy more with your own money. Come to find out after you won a prize, that the shipping cost is way more than what the prize is actually worth. Cheap plush toys that come from China. Their defense is that the shipping is high because the keys are free. They were not free, I paid for them. So people have been sitting with a box full of winnings but never claim them out because of the high shipping cost. Instead of listening to the thousands of customers complaints about shipping cost and making it more affordable. Instead, now they put expiration dates on the prizes which was never agreed on when purchasing the keys before I won the prizes. It’s fraudulent. So not only are they going to steal your money, they will also take your prizes away. When I e-mailed them, they claim that the keys are just for practice and if you want to really win the prize then play with coins. Two things wrong with that. One is their cameras are always lagging and tons of times when I have played with coins, the camera lags and you miss your prize. They don’t refund you for those coins wasted even if it was an technical issue on their end. Second thing is this was never a disclaimer when they advertised the keys or when buying the keys. It’s not until you win something that you find this out. They also increased the coin cost of each prize after keys came out. Used to cost a couple hundred coins. Now it cost a couple thousand coins for one try. Not worth it. Company has got corrupt and greedy.

TERRIBLE waste of money because the claw machines always and I mean always blur out!😡😡😡and I payed for nothing because it said it would come today and it just banned me!
