so i DID win two prizes, and they were exactly as pictured, and good quality. the issue i have with this game is it is as much a scam as any claw machine out there. most of the time, the things you have to grab are made out of slippery material, so you can't grab it. the free daily play uses firm balls you'd find in a ball pit, as well as a sturdy set of jaws instead of the weak spider-like claw. clawee, if you're somehow reading this, can't every machine be like the free one? it also says on their website that they have different machines that do different things, but i haven't seen any. i am a VIP member, but other than that, i never spend real money on the app. instead i do google surveys that reward me with "money" i can use on apps to purchase stuff. so yeah, the VIP membership has some perks i'd say were worth the few bucks i spent on it from google surveys, but please don't put in actual money from your bank or anywhere else. remember, when was the last time you won at a real claw machine? XD

This game is bogus I've been playing this game for a while I am waiting on six things to get here he's been over 2 months I still have not received anything I tried calling the number it is associated with my tracking number that was provided to me but you're not able to reach anybody this game is a total scam I have loaded $150 so far thinking did I could win things for my son being that he loves stuffed animals I would like my money back did I have invested in this game I'm loading my own money on there winning things but they never have been shipped to my house this game is a complete waste of time and it's a rip-off

For the most part it is a scam, games are massively overpriced the prizes you receive don’t always resemble the prizes they show you will win or even what’s in the machine, I won the white tiger and what arrived was something that looked as if it was made by a child, wrote to support who claimed the prize I received was correct and they hadn’t updated the photo (check fb Clawee group for photo of what I received) which pretty much means they are scamming anyone who plays that game knowing full well you will not get the item you’re playing for! Photo has still not been updated after complaint 3/4 days ago. I will be reporting them to Apple for a refund of coins as I won’t accept that they can send customers prizes that look nothing like what is advertised. Wouldn’t recommend at all waste of money and u can buy prizes for cheap on amazon/Ali express which is most likely what they are doing and making a huge profit scamming players.

Total scam and waste of time. Thought it might be fun for my daughter to play a couple of times. No. Waste of money. Made a chargeback, which was granted by Google Play, then they had the audacity to email asking for an explanation why I had done it. AVOID!!!!

Please can anyone who has had money taken from their account that they believe is due to Clawee confirm if the payment was listed on their statement as Sean Nielsen-Dora I've had £162 taken from my account and its left me broke.

I love this app! Amazing prizes with totally real claw machines! The only thing I don’t like is they changed it to where you don’t get a daily prize every day anymore unless you purchase coins every 14 days :/ also it does take a few months to receive your prize but they are very helpful when the machines mess up all you have to do is send a copy of the video link and they will credit your account

It might take awhile. But you WILL Get your prizes u win. I Has played now since January. And all prizes i has won. I Has recieved even tho i was in doubt. Cause one the prizes i won in end of February. First arrived today (7th May) But i got it. Soo shipping time is long (More then 8 Weeks sometimes. And sometimes less). But U WILL Get your prize. Custumer service is okay. Could be better an could be worse. So overall 4 Stars. But dont be afraid getting scammed. Cause u will not be scammed.
