Won a free game, click to play says try another machine then the free game was gone. I tried to contact support, they keep going back and forth on email telling me to send a video and showing me how and there is nothing there to send. The shipping is ridiculous. Who will spend at least $10 to ship a 50 cent toy. Liked them before but now they are greedy and do not help

Erst einmal an alle die sich hier über nicht erhaltende Preise beschweren wollen; Habt geduld. Ich selbst habe dort schon mehrere Preise gewonnen und alle auch zugeschickt bekommen. ABER die Versandzeit erstreckte sich teilweise über mehrere Monate hinweg. Die App selbst läuft relativ instabil. Zeitverzögerungen oder nicht laden von Automaten gehört dazu. Die Kosten für einen Versuch wurden immer höher. Mittlerweile so hoch, dass man ein vermögen ausgeben muss um etwas zu gewinnen. Und dann soll man oft 4-10€ Versand ZUSÄTZLICH zahlen. Der Support reagiert auf Anfragen, kann jedoch eins zwei Wochen dauern. Mein Fazit: Eine App für alle die echte Greifarme bewegen möchten. Wer es jedoch auf günstige Gewinne abgesehen hat, sollte die Finger von Clawee lassen.

I have won several prizes and received them all. The first few I won took about 6 weeks to get to me but then I won a gaming headset (for my son) and received it in like a week! It is great quality and my son loves it! You might have to wait a little bit for certain items but Clawee is 100% legit and I continue to play all the time!

After been scammed by these myself and reading plenty reviews it’s a surprise this company can still actually run,my problem came with the usual shipping problem I think in total I spent around 30 pound in this I won around 6 items 4 being cheap tat key rings and fake tiny Pokémon plushies ,I received these within the 8 weeks as stated but the 2 higher value items I won which in reality cost 15 pound of Amazon pikachu light and a 2 pound squishy unicorn still haven’t even been shipped over 8 weeks it has taking to get a email to say your products will be shipped in the next couple of days this was a few weeks ago and still nothing so got the point after reading these reviews there not going to come ,seems there open to ship cheap items which I’m reality cost nothing ,but the pricey items youl never see,also experienced machines going into maintenance when picking items up ,also have a video where I won even though a person tampered with the prizes right as the claw dropped (through a load of teddies in as the claw was dropping )please don’t waste your money and if you want a prize that bad just purchase it on another site as atleast your guaranteed your item to come

My 6 year old was excited to win a plushie, so gullible me paid the shipping. The plushie never showed up - total scam. The worst part is disappointing a child - I know better but wanted to please him. You should be ashamed to call this a legit operation. Nothing but garbage.

But I pay for something on toys and Taddy and not come to my house yet ?

If I could rate this 0 stars I would! This game is awful its also very very highly addictive caused so many issues with my husband and even our parents Me and many others got addicted to it and would just keep blowing our money I 100% believe the machines are rigged especially because of this ( if two wins in a row happen on one machine weather its you or two different people they automatically put the machine down for "maintenance") yeah BS I've still had an issue with it being a bad addiction and relapse only to realize its rigged and they are theifs all they do is lie cheat and steal and this is coming from and ex addict of pain pills and other pills etc. if your thinking of playing DONT DO IT SAVE YOURSELF THE $$MONEY$$ & TROUBLE!!!! I've played since clawee First started years back like in 2017 or something like that to now 2023 and I know The game very well I hate clawee
