Don't understand everyone saying this is a scam never had a problem but it takes a few weeks to get your products you have won but there is a risk that duty and vat may come but never had a problem and play quite a lot

I started when the app wad new and since have been scammed out of a vip lifetime membership that I paid in the beginning to get free daily spins and free shipping for prizes, since they have changed the app and the prices, but now I have no membership that my fiance and I both purchased, and I get no vip anymore and wad never reimbursed

I used to use this app a lot back a few years ago and had won prizes that I received, they were amazing. The game itself can be laggy at times due to latency, etc but if something had gone wrong from their end support was always able to deal with it. I would have held this company in high regard apart from the fact that they once offered life time shipping as part of VIP a long time ago which was a one time fee. They decided to change this and now offer clawee club which you pay a subscription every month and get free shipping. I would have thought they would have honored their policy on lifetime shipping for those who bought it, but didn't. I have contacted support about it a few times who said that they had an extended window for those who bought lifetime shipping to continue it for a limited time which would then be cancelled. And about the change of policy etc, which would have been much more acceptable if the change was made if there had been no fee present. I am still extremely disappointed with this move because shipping can be expensive and it's not really worth the price when you factor in how much the prizes may actually be worth when you can buy others elsewhere without having to play based on chance and skill. Could say the same about arcades but with this issue, they promised something which they retracted and is no longer worth the effort to use and attempt to win anything on the app. Reason for a 2 star instead of 1 is because of my past experiences with them which was better.

Complete waste of money!! Do not bother

Same issues as many here. Purchased shipping for items I won and tracking has errored with no response from customer service. I’ve reached out to all the emails I have for them, their insta, Facebook page and Messenger with no response. It’s like the ignore messages about money spent and items not received.

I've been ignored by clawee since August. I keep sending emails, they keep ignoring them. I wrote a bad review on the plat store, and they told me to email store clawee.com and they would get my issue dealt with and days went by, no reply. So I changed my review again. Same thing, they said they would resolve my issue and I'm still being ignored. The app was great when I started playing a couple years ago. So few problems. Now there are technical errors, shipping errors, and the hardest thing that I've ever tried to get resolved is getting a replacement for a prize that I got that didn't work. They said they would send a replacement on August 15th 2024 and I haven't heard back from them and it's November. I dint know if they blocked me or are choosing to ignore me, as none of my support requests get any attention now but I pay for the clawee club membership monthly so you'd figure they'd actually value someone who subscribes every month, but no. The most I've got recently is empty promises of help from whoever replies to their play store reviews.

I think the app is really unique and cute. I’ve received all of my prizes and my new favourite pair of socks. I was quite happy with the size of the Pikachu.
