I lost most of my money on this

There was a time between mid 2024 to early 2025 where I would play on Clawee machines. They had their problems, yea, but I overlooked them because I liked being able to play claw games at home and have the prizes sent to me. Around March of 2025 was when I finally pulled the plug on supporting Clawee for good, and not looking back. There will never be a perfect online claw machine, the online aspect leads to more rigging and shady tactics, but this has got to be the worst one that isn't just a complete scam. Yes, you get items sent to you (if you're lucky). Yes, some of them are legit. But the amount of absurd rigging, bootleg items, visual glitches/dropped video and poor customer service is insane for a company of this scale. It's not a scam, but it may as well be.

I've been playing Clawee over 5 years. It's a scam!!! When I play with keys(free) I have no prob winning. Would I pay with cash money I've noticed that the claw itself is rigged with very little pressure and if it does pick up the item it drops it right away. I've done this over and over and the results are always the same they have the claw RIGGED!!! When cash is used to make sure that it won't pick up anything!! if something is picked up it drops within one or two seconds as to not winning the prize. Skill has nothing to do with this. It is rigged. I want to post this review to let everybody know not to waste their money on this nonsense. IT IS A SCAM!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER REPLIES TO ISSUES!!! They have no problem, taking your money and also numerous times that I have played the staff decided it would be a good idea to move the target toys around while I already was in the process of playing a game that I paid for!! It is completely unacceptable , Unfair AND UNPROFESSIONAL THAT SOMEONE STICKS THEIR ARM IN THE MACHINE TO MOVE THE ITEMS AROUND WHILE I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PLAYING A GAME. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FCC AND PEOPLE NEED TO BE REFUNDED THEIR MONEY FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT GAMES WHERE THEY HAVE THE FAIR EDGE I UNDERSTAND IT'S A GAMBLE, BUT IT'S NOT RIGHT EITHER THAT WHEN SOMEBODY FAIRLY WINS, THEY MAKE IT SOME OTHER PERSON DOESN'T WIN!!! it should be cut and dry, but it's not the sad thing is they can make a killing off this game by just keeping it fair legit due to the crappy prizes and expensive shipping, but they don't. They got greedy. When I first played, there was a line of people waiting to play because it's a fun game. Despite losing, it's a fun strategic game But it's put a bad taste in my mouth that they had to rig this game when they didn't have to their prices are cheesy anyway anyways to play one game cost five to $10 in real cash only to receive a dollar store prize it's about the experience. But they wouldn't even let you have that.

This game will give you free coins often. They want you to win because they know that they are going to profit from the shipping cost. You can buy the items cheaper than what it cost to have them shipped. You will notice that when you drop coins they reach the edge and fall on top of the other coins before You have a chance to drop another coin to push them. The more coins you purchase the more free coins they give you. Sure it's fun to play but They win no matter what.

I won a couple items off Clawee but haven’t received after 2 months have passed. Customer support email didn’t assist me either ( no response )

this whole company is a scam I won my prize July 6th 2025 and currently it is October 4th 2025 this whole thing was a scam I got my shipping info but it says package expired so i go to the shippers website and it says the same thing saying how it is expired and is not refundable and I paid 2 dollars for it to get shipped. I was really hoping to actually get this item in my hands because it was my first win on the game and i spent all my coins on it because it costs a lot of coins and I spent all my coins on it because it was the cheapest thing uhhh sooooo MADDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate this company and shipping process DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP SCAMMMMMM company says free shipping IT IS NOT FREE PEOPLE SCAMERSSSS!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. No response to support tickets, social media platforms, complete silence. Two plus weeks waiting for a response for a game that didn’t award a prize. It’s like they are not manning it at all anymore. Shocking, don’t play it.

Won some prized and got subscription for free shipping. Turned out to just be a scam. I still have to pay for shipping
