Claw Crazy has been a wonderful experience to play. They are very user friendly. Their interface and everything on their website is easy to understand, and their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to other people.

I’m an avid claw machine player in real life and wasn’t sure how it was going to go moving virtual. These games make me think outside the box in ways that I didn’t think possible since I tend to avoid claws that involve balls or spheres. I was soon hooked. Within my first night I experienced minor technical difficulties and was easily able to explain what happened and was quickly granted my tokens back. The masterminds behind these claws want you to have fun and to win and it was refreshing to be able to feel like I was going to an upscale arcade with A+ customer service.

This is the best site/app hands down for online arcade style entertainment. Lots of codes go out for free token as well as bonus tokens upon Making a purchase. Large selection of games and prizes and free shipping on the wins.

The team over at Clawcrazy are the best of the best! The employees get back ASAP whenever you file a dispute or email with issues! They also have an amazing discord server where they give away free tokens and give codes!

I have been playing Claw Crazy for 3 years (formerly Claw Craziness). To me, it’s the best American online claw machine site. The games are fair. Some are challenges, but Claw Crazy has the great balance of easy, medium, and hard games. The prices are fair. Now, prices have jumped up significantly from 3 years ago, mostly because of inflation and other companies jacking up prices, but these prices are fair and reasonable. What stands out from Claw Crazy is their customer service. Although it is a small staff, they get back to you in 48 hours. In addition, shipping is quick and you will receive in a week after request. Although I give them 5 stars, I wish they could fix the replays and get a mobile app, but that should be resolve when everything brings together. Overall, it’s the best online claw machine site out there. Only company that competes with them is Claw Machine Master in Japan. It you want to have fun and be rewarded, go to clawcrazy.com

When I first tried out the machines at claw crazy, I wasn't the biggest fan. Overhead cameras drive me nuts and the machine/prize selection wasn't that great. Obviously, that's a "me" issue. But, the more I played, the better I got at judging where claws will drop. (definitely a learning curve, but doable!) There's more machines and more prizes to choose from. Prices are fair and are comparable (or better) to other companies. Machines are skill based, with a few in there that are totally luck, like ball drops. So there's something for all skill levels, even if you have none. The only true gripe I have is that machines sometimes don't restock fast enough. But that's just me being impatient and wanting to keep on playing. :)

I have been playing on ClawCrazy for several years, back before they were ClawCrazy. I have played several other online claw machine sites (apps) and have always liked this one the best for several reasons. - Almost every prize from them is shipped from them. Since they are located in the United States that means my prizes show up in less than a week. Other sites are all drop shipped and takes upwards of 8-10 weeks to get to me. - The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues. - The customer service is at the top of the list, any issues are generally taken care of. - New games and prizes are added regularly, making it a new experience all the time. All in all, as the other apps slowly fail and go out of business, I believe ClawCrazy will outlast them all.
