Awesome fun but support is terrible. Will reply after 3-4 days then not answer again for 3+ days bit stupid. we post our prizes but no answer for days again really slow. But shipping is faster than support haha.

A year ago give or take I tried the free claw and was disappointed by having to pay shipping. But the company resolved this issue. I would like to warn others though to read the fine print with shipping. But I am very happy with the Pokémon card they sent me.

We totally understand the disappointment if you were expecting a fully free-to-play experience. Shipping is separate from gameplay, and some wins can’t be shipped unless shipping is set up/paid (or you have free shipping active), but we should make that clearer upfront so it doesn’t feel like a “gotcha.” If you message us your username, we’ll look at what happened with that Pokémon card win and explain exactly what blocked the shipment.
