I’m sorry it felt that way. We never want the games to feel hopeless. If you tell us which machines you played most, we can point you to a few better options for skill-based play and share tips that actually help (and we’ll also review the machines you mention to make sure there were no issues)

It use to be good. But most machines feel like massive money sinks now. I've wasted more money than I care to admit on Cuppo pong, Cams lag on keymaster, Solo scoop has like 1/30 chance of being right for whats honestly not great prizes. Anything you can win through enough plays or good claw grabs are normally not great prizes. Games like Donut fall you can see the progress as go for it, but what you spend is often not what the prize is worth. You can easily tell because the change prizes every Sunday based off community suggestions that have to be from places like Walmart or Target. A lot of the contests they do are not worth entering since there is few places and it's always the same players winning the limited spaces. They also got rid of the free tickets you could win and free tokens from logging on with the app. The only real upside is that support is great and friendly. I love claw games but these guys don't really stock anything unique since its all store bought and cheaper to just outright buy yourself. As of the 24th September 2024, They did a poll to see when people are most active. It lasted for a whole hour and they told no one basically, just dropped it in discord no notification...

Thanks for taking the time to spell this out. If the games feel like “money sinks,” we need to take that seriously, especially when combined with lag or timing issues. If you can share which games felt worst (and when), we’ll review performance and settings. You’re also right that not everyone is on Discord including polls, events, and announcements should be visible in-app and more broadly so it doesn’t feel like an inside club. We will get this fixed soon. Lately, we added A TON of NEW licensed products and improved quality. Appreciate the push here as it rally helps us improve. Thank you
