Claws nonfunctional and violent (edited)
Claws nonfunctional and violently throwing prizes after you leave beginner status and everything goes up 50% in coin cost, one prize dropped 11 separate times right next to the chute and then threw itself upside down all the way across the machine, you are lured in by small easy prizes to be raked thoroughly over the coals afterwards.(Edit):I was recently sent a lovely gift in the mail to ammend this review of two tiny plushes.I do not plan to change what I said but I feel if I add 4 stars they will be happy with the results and be at less of a loss as a result of the direct impact I made

We appreciate you being specific here, and I’m sorry you had such a frustrating experience. If a machine is behaving the way you described, that’s not acceptable and we want to review it. If you can message us your username and the approximate date/time (and which machine), we can look at the session logs/video and check for calibration issues. On pricing/difficulty: we do rotate game types and costs, but the goal isn’t to “bait” anyone. If it feels that way, we need to adjust. Thanks for calling it out.

Love the idea
Love the idea of being able to play arcade games and claw machines anywhere at anytime no matter what, that will always be amazing to me and the fact you can also win stuff just adds to the fun

I really enjoy playing claw machines…
I really enjoy playing claw machines but hate going out in public, so when I found clawcrazy I was pleasantly surprised. I mostly go for tickets to redeem into gift cards to Amazon, but I have scored some nice prizes like Pokémon cards and bigger items in the prize store if I have the patience to save up my tickets. I love the great community of players in their discord, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I like to think I have a decent win rate and shipping is usually not too long of a wait. Yes, sometimes the machines don’t register your win, but if you dispute it, there’s nothing to worry about. The owners are very fair and I’ve even gotten extra bonuses for my troubles. I love the challenges and giveaways they do in the discord, and the livestreams on TikTok where they give win assists and free tokens. They recently launched an affiliate program where you can earn money for referring people too. Where most companies provide you with the basics, Claw Crazy goes the extra mile to make my experience more enjoyable.
