My girlfriend has spent a lot of money on this app over a long period of time, and every time she wins prizes, she's genuinely excited. That's what makes this situation so disappointing. It's been more than two weeks since she redeemed the biggest shipment of prizes she's ever won, yet the package never showed up. After all the money she's spent supporting this app, this is the level of service she receives? If this is how loyal, paying customers are treated, then I strongly suggest that nobody spend their money on this app until the issue is addressed. Customers deserve better than having their hard earned rewards simply disappear with no resolution.

ClawCrazy now has an option to leave notes for the crew to better your chances of getting specific prizes. Still not a guarantee for a specific one but should be a nice way to ask for something specific if they have it, or ask to not receive items you already have. However, it seems like they ignore these requests, or at the very least communication is non-existent beyond a vague "Prizes are random and based on what we have in stock" email if you try to contact them about it. This is based on my experience, where I have won plenty of prizes from their easy 5-8in Mystery Plush machine. However, I was getting multiples of a specific microphone plush that I didn't want to keep getting duplicates of, so I asked in my latest delivery to avoid microphone plushies. Lo and behold, one of the plushies in the order was the exact same microphone plushie. I contacted them, and got that generic disclaimer about stock. ClawCrazy has a bunch of plushies in that machine they could have picked, I understand if it's a specific machine and you're out of a specific character but the mystery plush is literally a whole bunch of generic plushie options, I wasn't too specific, just preferring animal plushies and to avoid sending microphones. One of the other prizes I was specific about but added "if possible". I know I'm not guaranteed a specific plush but in the case of the 5-8in Mystery Plush the ignore request should have been acknowledged.

Fun app but they stopped responding to me when I was not able to redeem my 24k tickets. I beleive that they banned me because I won too much. That is just a guess because I've wrote them an email to support @... = no reply, I wrote them 3 times on the app = no reply. If they are not honouring the tickets won, what is the point of playing and purchasing coins. That's scammy casino tactics right here. If won too much, let me redeem a last time and let me know the issue + stop selling me coins.

Just awful now. The prizes are terrible and will cost a lot to get. That's not the worst part though a few months back they changed the challenges to where it's not really playable unless you pay. The shipping used to be one and done. Now you have to pay once every 2 weeks to get prizes shipped.

I will never play this app again prizes are cheap and cost you an arm and a leg to win. The app is not skill based like advertised. Each machine has a payout or is a ball drop game. Some prizes cost $5 to play. On top of that I tried to get support in the discord and Trevor blocked me with no explanation as to why. Then banned my account and stole nearly 10k tickets on his so called “app” I have been a loyal user since the founding of claw crazy and safe to say I am not sure what this new claw crazy is. Everything worked great up until October of 2025. And most games are either buggy or don’t work at all. Very Disappointing

They are a US based company so shipping… They are a US based company so shipping takes a long time for me as I am in Europe. It took around 2 months total. I like the prizes because they are items that are not sold near me. They have a lot of events that last more than an hour and usually start late at night, so I miss them a lot. Support is good but I feel like I've had to contact them more than any other online crane game.
