I am a former Eargo and Sony hearing aid customer. Over time Eargo's quality and customer service went downhill. Because of that I switched to Sony's hearing aids. Now both Eargo and Sony are no longer in the OTC hearing aid business. I did research and decided to give Zepp Clarity a try. I could not be happier. The hearing aids and charger work flawlessly. The Zepp Clarity app provides almost endless customization options. Customer service has been outstanding including having an audiologist available if needed. If you are an Eargo or Sony hearing customer I recommend taking a look at Zepp Clarity.

still now working as well as i would like. it would be nice if one could adjust the setting when wearing the aids.

I purchased the zepp clarity to replace my eargo 8's which I returned when I was informed they were going out of business in the US. The aids are just as good as the eargo's for a lot less money,$599 instead of $2199.

Had an issues with one of my hearing aids. Call support. Left a message. They called me back and took care of me. Great customer care!
