What made my experience great? Brenna!!! I purchased a pair of hearing aids that would not both connect. I am very tech savvy and determined that the issue was probably not at the end user side. I called Zepp and talked with a lovely person named Brenna who went through a quick troubleshooting with me and agreed with my suspicions. She immediately had another pair shipped to me with a return label for the "defective" pair. When the new pair arrived they synchronized as expected and work fine. This is exactly what vendor support should be, an inconvenience turned into a pleasant experience. Thanks Brenna!

The best aspect of the Zepp is the total in-ear unit. I've had two audiologist prescribed over the ear type hearing aids. In both of those cases after a while with glasses and a ball cap the top of my ear would become irritated. The Zepp Clarity solves that issue. I also find myself checking to see if the Zepps are working because I can actually forget that I'm wearing them. Very happy

Was looking to replace my Eargo 8, which, as you may know, recently decided to not to distribute or support their product in North America any more. I have to admit that the sound, especially voice clarity, is superior to anything I achieved with Eargo. And, at about on-third the price.

Janna was very easy to work with and informative. My order was shipped and received in a timely manner. So far the clarity is very good and they stay charged for 13 to 14 hours!!

The single real human being connection anytime I need service. She has my information already and my history and matches the conversation at my level , without going too high or too low informationally with me. Brenna ( I think, apologies, it’s the only word I can’t hear her say in the beginning of our conversations) seeks to resolve and make me feel completely cared for while also improving the company and staying focused on good product quality.
