I purchased many of these units for our home. I also purchased the warranty program. I had five stop working after a short time. I have called. I have emailed and no response. I think this company may be in trouble as you can never get an answer and you can never get a response. Avoid at all cost.

This company is horrible! I didn't receive everything in package. They gave me a website to show me how to return it. No one got back to me with return address I contacted PayPal & even with their help it took me FOUR MONTHS to get my money back.

I got three units. Two worked a few weeks then started making loud racket. I called Clarifion. Was told 33 callers ahead of me. I left message three times. They left message they had called. I responded five times. NO ANSWER YET. My patience has run out. I’m planning to notify credit card. If I get response and refund I will certainly post an updated assessment. I have tried to cancel the monthly shipments multiple times, yet I receive your filters!! Please advise on how I can cancel!

This is the worst company I have tried to do busy with. After 6 weeks, thank God I paid through PayPal I received a refund. They charged me the day I ordered and never shipped anything but replacement bulbs I had also paid for. They kept telling me their stock was low and they would shop tomorrow, then next week, etc. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with them. I have done a lot of research online and found out the product does not work for most people. I will now be spending my money with a reputable company.

Clarifion sells a POS product and their customer service SUCKS! Once they have your money they will not honor their stated warranty or even answer phone calls and emails to their customer “service”! Like their product, they are USELESS!! Avoid them unless you want to waste your time and money.

UPDATE: 2-25-2025 Finally after numerous calls, emails, voice mail messages, I received my refund. I haven't even received the product written to the company numerous times, they just say we are working on it. I feel like I got scammed. Going to my bank to dispute the charges. Wow what an awful company. I have sent numerous emails and left phone messages at 949-502-0146. Not a response. Not sure how they have all these positive reviews when they provide horrible customer service. Filed a complaint with the BBB. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY

The company is not to be trusted charged me for 2 different orders which I did not do. Cancelled order and then they said sorry already shipped by DHL and provided tracking number. They lie and Canada Post just tried to deliver it to me today and wanting $65 for duty. I refused the delivery and it will go back to this company. They have not refunded my money yet. Buyer beware DO NOT trust this company
