To be perfectly upfront, we cannot notice any difference in the air with our Clarion. The blue light indicates the unit is on BUT besides being a bright light how can we judge that the unit is operational and cleans the air?

I had to return 3 unopened ionizers because my husbands doc said ions could actually aggravate his asthma. To ship them back was $16, doubt I’ll see that. Then, I had to photocopy my receipt , write a code on it, photograph it, and send it to customer service. I keep asking them when I can get my $100 refund. It’s been awhile and not a peep. We shall see…🤷‍♀️

I must be honest, my sinus, stuffy nose did clear up once I plugged it in next to my bed

I haven’t had them long enough to detect any difference

It works so far but I still have some constant sneezing🙄 And I've had this for over a month and it doesn't have any black tracings of anything behind it..👍 I still check it periodically.. But still no black tracings of anything on the back of my unit.👍 I'm glad I have it and I'm glad it doesn't make any noise. But since I've been sick I still have some sneezing so I'm not even sure if it's working or not?🙄🤔

They didn’t last a year and Clarifion replaced the first one. Shortly thereafter, many of my other ones stopped working altogether. This product is too expensive not to last and in less than a year at that.
