I ordered 3
I ordered 3, they were cheaper if you bought the 3. I have tried 1 for 2 1/2 weeks, I see no difference. I asked company about returning and get a refund. They offered me 10 percent of 118.86 and keep the products and by the way you have to send them back yourself. I have learned my lesson about buying crap on the internet. I did see the reviews where some were happy and some not. These are a waste of money.

I’ve had this plugged in for like two…
I’ve had this plugged in for like two weeks now I have three of them, and our house isn’t very bigbut I haven’t noticed anything. I don’t know really what to expect. I’m not sure about the clean air or pet dander. The only true test is my grandkids walk in the door on Father’s Day cause I haven’t seen him since Christmas because of dog hair. Right away they start itching and sneezing so if it doesn’t work, I am sending it back. I’ll know as soon as they walk in the front door everybody's coming over for Father’s Day so that would be a great surprise if it does work I can’t wait to see cause me and my husband aren’t allergic and I’m not aware of anything has changedbut I’m always cleaning up dog hair. I can’t keep up so I’m prayingthis helps with the air!! write a review later if it works thank you.

This refers back to a review I posted…
This refers back to a review I posted on May 13, 2026. I was highly dissatisfied with the product, and I indicated as much on Trust Pilot. Clarifion did contact me immediately, and advised me to reach back out. Unfortunately, I received the same runaround and the same answer... which is clearly "let the buyer beware". It was a lot of money to lose, and I am completely disappointed in the product. I understand why the return window is so short. The company does not stand behind the quality of the product

I was shorted 6 items that I ordered…
I was shorted 6 items that I ordered and they are asking for photos that are not possible to produce. They didn't respond to my inquiry for over 2 weeks making the 30 day guarantee useless. There are too many of these scam companies out there that take your money but do not make incomplete orders right because of their almost impossible policies

Poor customer service
I am not reviewing the product, but the company practices. I placed an order and canceled it same day. I contacted customer support and they acknowledge the x cancellation. Next day they processed the order anyway. I returned the product as they said to do. They promised my money back to my credit card. Never happened. I just donated to their business. No product and no money refunded. Brad and Cheryl Wetzell

Not impressed
I did not enjoy the taste and it didn't affect me at all. The only thing that it did was numb my mouth a little and that was it.
Response from ClarifionMar 20, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how that experience could be confusing. Clarifion is not a consumable product. It is a plug-in air purification device designed to improve indoor air quality. Clarifion products work by using ionization or filtration technology to help reduce airborne particles such as dust, pollen, dander, and odors in the air. They are meant to be plugged into a wall outlet to help freshen the air in a room, not eaten or tasted. If you believe there may have been a mix-up with the product you received, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] so we can assist you further. Let us know if you need anything else. 😊✨
