I placed order 9/7/2025. I did not receive order so I started contacting via email 10/3/25. NO RESPONSE! I put in for a credit back to my Visa and sent emails to cancel order. No response. Once the credit was issued I started hearing from company(also under Evershop) but still no tracking or order info. The order arrived 12/9/25, 3 MONTHS after order was placed. They sent emails offering 25% discount if I reverse the chargeback. Not a chance, the products look nothing like what I ordered. Very cheap, poor quality especially given the price. It’s basically high priced Temu.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, it has been a long time since I have ordered it. There is no order number or how to follow up. Still waiting. Good luck to you all either way this vendor.

SCAM!!! Most likely you will never receive the product you purchase. I ordered a product October 11 and still haven’t gotten it and it’s December 5th.

The item I received was nothing like what was pictured on the website. The body shaper was pictured and labeled with an easy off design. It did not have a drop seat like pictured, just a small opening.

Arrived really quickly and holds hair securely. I love taking these on holidays as they were really comfortable when you leaning back on the chaise lounges.

Customer service got back with me quickly and efficiently. They did a great job responding to me and giving me a partial refund on my item.

Customer Service is great! Amber helped soooo much. I love everything I purchased. Would DEFINITELY purchase again and recommend them!
