They were late. Their website didn’t work when I kept trying to re-order. I kept kicking me out and was overall a waist of time.

Comme beaucoup d’autres clients je déconseille Claire’s!!! Grosse arnaque et SAV inexistant!! 😡😡😡😡 Commande effectuée depuis le 2 février, mail qui annonce que la commande est soit disant expédiée depuis le 5 février mais aucun lien pour suivre le colis et à ce jour toujours rien reçu!! J’appelle tous les jours depuis le début février, jamais de réponse du service client par téléphone, on attend des plombes et sa raccroche au bout de 15/20minutes d’attente interminable au téléphone!!! Par mail, votre mail ne sera même pas distribué, l’adresse mail est inexistante!! Et jamais personne ne répond par le formulaire de contact en ligne!!! De bon gros voleurs!!! OU EST MA COMMANDE???? 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Bande d’escroc, minable, pitoyable et lamentable comme société!! 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a package 3 weeks ago. They said my package would arrive 4 to 7 days later. I have contacted the customer service multiple times, both writing e-mails and calling them where they hang up on me. They still have not answered me. This is unacceptable! I highly DO NOT recommend buying from their online store!

Cela fait 8 jours que ma commande est expédiée mais je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Après consultation des avis sur trustpilot, je me suis décidée à appeler deux magasins qui ont été bien plus clairs sur le sujet : ils ne reçoivent pas de marchandises non plus car tout est bloqué à cause du covid et du brexit. Un seul conseil donc : NE COMMANDEZ PAS SUR INTERNET MAIS RENDEZ-VOUS MAGASIN

So I took my 8 month old daughter to our local Claire's in the Quaker Bridge Mall a few months ago.... The experience was okay until three months later my daughter earring fell out somehow so I left it out for a day after trying repeatedly to get it back in her ear with no luck. I realized that the back of her ear closed up... I never had this experience with any other piecer from my other children. So I contacted Claire's and they said I would have to pay all over again 🙄 😒 😑

Ne commandez surtout pas !! Commande faite le 31 janvier 2021. Le jour même je trouve mon bonheur ailleurs donc je demande l’annulation. On me répond qu’ils vont voir ce qu’ils peuvent faire vu qu’apparemment il est impossible d’annuler une commande... Je vois que j’ai bien été débité super 😒 donc je me suis dis dès que je la reçois je renvoie. Sauf que non je l’ai reçu que le 16 février 2021. J’apprends que c’est à moi de payer les frais pour la renvoyer AU LUXEMBOURG !! Non mais sérieux l’affranchissement du colis coûte aussi cher que ma commande et surtout ils ne remboursent pas les frais que j’ai engagés pour leur renvoyer.

Ordered about £45 worth of earrings from Claires online almost 2 months ago. Still waiting for them. The tracking link for the item doesn't work. Emailed customer service 3 times and got no response. And no one answers the phone at the customer service call centre. I would absolutely not recommend buying from the website. It's such a pity because it's a great physical store. EDIT: I managed to get a refund in the end by making an official complaint by means of resolver.co.uk
