Received 3 items of 12 that I ordered - not all dispatched, but no notification as to whether other items will follow. Also, the packet it was sent in was clearly ripped open and badly resealed with celotape and several items that were supposed to be in there were missing. I've tried emailing and calling - no responses to emails, and you hang on the line for 20 minutes and it then just cuts you off! UPDATE: I've had an email from Claire's and they have dealt with my complaint very professionally. Getting hold of them has been difficult, however I will give credit to the customer service rep who has since been very helpful (Philomena).

Disgusted with this shop my daughter has a very serious infection from poor advice given by this place ! My drs are reporting them as well as myself seeking legal advice the manager of the shop seems to think she knows more then the professional body peircer we spoke with do not take your children to these cowboys

Absolutely shocking customer service! I placed a very large order beginning of July, over £140, I received a message to say partial order sent and delivery took way over the 3-5 day delivery time. Now over 2 1/2 months later I’m still chasing up my refund for the items that weren’t sent. I’ve sent email after email, they don’t even send a reply for days/week, I did get sent a reply back one time, saying the stuff is on its way, well still no stuff and still no refund! I’ve spent hundreds of pounds over the years, but they’ve lost me as a customer now!

I see that there are a lot of negative reviews about Clarie's and I don't want to take away from anyone else's experience, so I'd say weigh all of the comments as you make your decision. For me and my family; however, we've always had great experiences with Claire's. I've taken the girls in the family to the store in the mall for years and always found things they love at great prices and we always received good customer service. Due to the pandemic, I recently ordered some stuff online and it came within a matter of days without any problems at all and the order was correct. I didn't have to contact customer service, so I don't know what that would be like, but our shopping experiences both in the store and online have been perfect so far.

J’ai passer commande, et ensuite j’ai vue tout ses avis je pensais mettre fais arnaquer aussi j’avais du retard sur la livraison donc j’ai contacter le service client en effet je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Mais j’ai finalement bien reçu mes 3 articles en parfait état et très bien ! Avec seulement 1 semaine de retard donc ça va
