I ordered 2 gift cards online and after 2 days checked the updates which state I would be getting it that date by 7pm, this went on for 11 days and I never got the cards. I cancelled the order and Claire's is unable to confirm the cancellation in writing and still has not processed the refund bc they claim they cannot cancel the order and if they do, they would not be able to request a refund from UPS. I will never buy anything from them again. Terrible customer service. UPDATE they deserve a 0 rating. My order was cancelled on March 14 however it still sows i will be getting my gift cards by March 22 this is the 26th day in a row they claim.my order will arrive. I was promised by customer service my refund would be given.by March 23. ANOTHER LIE. AS IF YESTERDAY JOEL N DEBY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PUSHED BACK THE REFUND TO MARCH 28. They can clearly see my order has been stuck in Orlando since March 7. It's terrible they are making me wait an extra 5 dats for $75. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CLAIRES UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND AGGRAVATION AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Commande 011849143, aucune réponse aux mails , commande statut expédiée mais rien reçue . Lien pour suivre le suivi qui ne fonctionne absolument pas , par contre la commande à elle bien été débitée !!! Merci de me rembourser immédiatement, un litige a était ouvert sur PayPal .

Der Online shop ist die reinste Abzocke! Habe 5 Artikel gekauft, um das Shipping zu sparen. Plötzlich sind nur noch 2 Artikel erhältlich. Der Rest wurde einfach gestrichen und der Preis ist genau der selbe.

Catastrophique...commande passée le 27/01/22, nous sommes le 15/2...aucune livraison 😤😤 2 relances par mail on me dit gentiment que "cause Covid" les délais sont plus longs...et d'attendre maximum le 14/2 auquel cas ils étudieront ma demande...bizarre depuis hier, plus de réponse ni par mail ni par téléphone. Par contre ma CB est bien débitée et dans un délai très rapide !

Commande passée depuis aucune nouvelle service client absent. J'ai appelé tout les jours personne me répond à fuir. C'est la 1ère fois que je commande et ça sera la dernière

Das Personal ist echt nett und freundlich und es gibt jede Menge schönen Schmuck. Aber Vorsicht beim Piercen!!! Ich habe mir 2 Piercings stechen lassen. Diese wurden zum einen nicht an der richtigen Stelle gestochen und zum anderen ist es in Deutschland nicht erlaubt Piercings schießen zu lassen. Sie müssen gestochen werden. Musste jz beide Löcher zuwachsen lassen und bekam von der Verkäuferin auch kein Verständnis für den Fehler, der ihr passiert ist. Nicht mal die Piercings, die dann nicht gepasst haben, dürfte ich zurück geben. (Sie waren Originalverpackt) ich kann es nur empfehlen, Piercings von geschultem Personal stechen zu lassen.

Placed an order mid November for Xmas presants didnt receive so after 3 weeks I contacted to find out what was going on someone told me there was an error and that my order had a technical issue so they told me they had to recorder my order and i would receive my order in the next couple of days. Chased again via this number 8455217386 and the customer service rep was really awesome and they really help me out
