Unfortunately my trainers are already…
Update to my first message, very happy to hear from Clae Support. Unfortunately, yet again let down, now by the communication. I returned my trainers as agreed but over two weeks later no replacement and no communication. I have emailed twice to follow up and contacted via the website...... Unfortunately my trainers are already defected after only two weeks and minimal use. The toe on my right shoe has already started to separate from the glue.

Produit reçu très rapidement. Chaussure toujours aussi belles (c'est ma 2ème paire). J'attends de voir à l'usage comment se comporte cette matière, nouvelle pour moi (cactus)

Bad purchase experience
Shipping time was too long and because my all time shoe number is not fiting I needed to pay the exchange return (first time) wich is again taking ages. I do know yet about the shoe quality but the purchase experienci is still being realy bad.

Malheureusement, cela était hors de notre contrôle et dépendait de Chronopost. Après les avoir contactés mercredi, ouvert une enquête, et les avoir relancés vendredi, puis ce matin, nous sommes ravis de vous avoir appelé ce matin et d'apprendre que votre colis a finalement été livré. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments que cela a pu causer.

Love these trainers!
Love these trainers! Been wearing a few weeks now and they are really comfortable. Clean minimal design. Really well made and vegan. Quick delivery in UK. Only thing I wish is that the branding was slightly more subtle - white branding on black stands out a lot - but I can live with that. Wish the other shoes in the vegan line would be restocked as most sizes are sold out.
