I used to swear by my Clae sneakers and owned both the Bradley and mid versions. But my third pair—the Venice—was a total flop. I got blisters within an hour, thanks to a completely changed design and a hard, uncomfortable heel. I emailed support to express my frustration, but I never got a reply. Way to lose your loyal customers, Clae. Well done. Edit. I’ve revised my score as Clae support has since contacted me, and the issue was resolved in good faith.

Nice shoes and great Customer Service

Great company . Footwear is fantastic quality and they have an amazing customer service team . Refunds are prompt , exchanges are simple . Can’t rate them highly enough.

Great shoes. Love most of the designs, very my style. I have my fifth pair at least ! Accessibility in Poland would be better!

I ordered Bradly shoes to use it for walking and casual dressing I must say it’s vary comfortable and light weight it feel great. For sure I will buy again CLAE products.

I cant accept your reply. The right shoe squeeks when I walk.. how is that not defective. I have plenty of other shoes that do not squeek. I sent one video, you asked no questions nor made any comments. Your suggestion entails me spending further money to try rectify a problem that is fundamentally yours. The offer was not asked for to be fair and was nt a gesture of good faith taking into account the shoes are defective. Your asking me to spend further money and time when the ultiamnte solution lies with you. I have made clear that the retailer is no where near me and we all know that the shoes would be returned to be fixed. Customer serive cop out at its best. Pleas edont insult me with the platitudes of your original replies. I stand by my comments Customer service was appalling… bought shoes in a retailer while on holiday… issue with right shoe and sent video and pictures and they asked me to retune to retailer which was impossible… offered me a 15% discount on a new pair but had the audosity to limit the discount to 4 months… replies were delayed and dismissive… didn’t want a new pair I shows.. just wanted the right shoe fixed… for what I paid and the cost to simply repair they should be ashamed of themselves and I won’t buy again
