Everything was delayed for weeks. And the sizing for women is misleading: when you search for shoes under the dropdown window for women, they’re still initially listed in men’s sizes, although that’s not clear.

Shoes came quickly and look great
Shoes came quickly and look great. The cork insole is super comfy. The sizing software advised a 9.5 given that I am a 10 in AllBirds. I think the 9.5 is a bit too small (they'll work for now, but a 10 would fit way better).

Size doesn’t seem to be the same as…
Size doesn’t seem to be the same as before for same model. So I tried one pair having cut the tag, being sure it will fit, but it s a bit too large. As I bought 2 pairs, I sent beck the other pair to exchange it (paying for it), but I m a bit disgusted having one pair with 1/2 size too large. It’s the 5th pair I buy from Clae so I’m very ok with the brand and model, but this problem of size …

frustrating return process
Returns are beyond frustrating. They claim "top notch customer service" but you have to wait for approval for someone to send you a return label. For an online only business this seems like poor service. I would never shop from them again for this reason, too complicated. Unfortunately my son likes the shoes :(
