I've worn many brands of sneakers trying to find comfort and style in the same shoe and match that with durability. I worked for Nordstrom in their shoe department for more than a decade, so I've been around shoes a long time. I have found CLAE shoes stylish without giving up comfort, and wear very well. This order was my 5th and 6th pairs. Highly recommended.

I now own over 10 pair of Clae shoes. the styles and comfort have been better than others. i have recommended to many of my friends at my golf club

The experience was awful. I didn’t get my shoes and I have not been reimbursed. For three consecutive days, I received a message from a service called OnTrac that my shoes were undeliverable with no other details or explanation. When I tried to contact customer service, I was told I needed to create a ticket and wait 48 hours for a response. After 48 hours, no one representing Clae followed up with me and I was told my shoes would be returned. It’s simple, I have a home with an address, and every other online order I’ve made has been delivered. How are you going to address this?
