Good clear communication, delivered on time, shame is the trainers squeak when you walk in them because of the material of inner sole.

First pair I ordered had horrible wrinkles in the leather right out of the box. I returned them and received a second pair. While comfortable, in less than 2 weeks of wearing them maybe 7 times in total the leather has creased and collapsed in the forefoot and the toe on both shoes. My Bradley Mids that I purchased 6+ years ago look better than these do currently. Not sure if it's the vegan leather or poor materials / construction but for the price point I'm horribly disappointed. I've had white leather shoes that were much less expensive hold up longer and look better. These look awful after just a a short period of time.

I love the quality of their shoes, and have always experienced prompt delivery. Returns when needed of unworn shoes have been easy.

The exchange process was overly expensive and at over 3 weeks took far too long to process. Against other benchmarks in the online retail sector I would therefore rate this experience as poor hence the 2 stars.

I’ve been buying CLAE boots and shoes for 15 years or more I have some boots which are at least 14 years old and they still hold up. The prices are balanced by the quality of the goods so I don’t mind the higher price point as I know they are superb. I haven’t found a comparable product and I won’t compromise on shoes for me they the are superb

I have been purchasing Clae shoes for 10years now. I like the style of their shoes and the fact that there are no logo on it. The quality is overall good but I experienced big discrepancies, some lasted so much and some not at all. Even if I like the brand and the design I consider it is overpriced without multiple sales. Maybe I will stop buying if they continue raising their price.
