Useless , as soon as a pay per view was on if crashed and had to pay for the PPV waste of money and time

Tried signing up and had some questions. I put in a ticket, got an automated response email which I replied to with my questions. No response back. I finally found a couple of numbers for them, one rings and rings and is never answered. The other I get a message if I want to talk to someone go to their website as if that makes any sense at all. I pressed 3 to talk to someone only for the original recording to repeat itself. Seems they have no interest in getting or keeping business. If this is how they treat prospective customers I'd hate to see how they treat existing customers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would After working for months and making more than $400, my account was closed Without a valid reason and without taking into account the loss of my profits I don't recommend it at all

We are a publisher that worked with CJ for over a decade, and they suddenly stopped paying with no good reason a couple of years ago. They are not disputing that they owe they money but are saying they cannot pay due to their system issue verifying company and tax information even though our information has not changed. My company has been trying to get paid by CJ for over a year. Customer service are literally telling lies and sending me around in circles non stop. CJ stopped paying publishers a couple of years ago, and are withholding payment for no reason continuously. They have our company information and tax information but are saying they cannot verify even this even though it is a matter of public record. Their customer service staff are simply being dishonest at this stage. We have added the information, then readded, and emailed time and time again to get this resolved. It is the most incompetent company that I have come across in all my years of business. We have no choice but to take legal action, and submit a claim to the courts in Ireland.

I signed up with CJ but didn’t feel comfortable with the level of personal information they requested. Rather stupidly I didn’t do my homework first. If I had, I wouldn’t have touched them with a barge pole as a result of all the appalling reviews! Once I’d signed up I realised affiliate marketing wasn’t for me. I spent two hours trying to reach their support page to request my account be deleted only to be directed to a blank page every time. There is no email address. Nothing! I do not feel happy about this company holding my personal details and not having any way of being able to delete my account. Surely this isn’t legal?? If a company makes themselves completely inaccessible, to me it indicates they have something to hide.

它只会让你填一些莫名奇妙的表格, 让你说明你是谁. 就好像你要说明你爸是你爸一样. 跟个 sb 一样. 只有 2.2 分, 这是全球最烂的 affliate 联盟

For the record, I have not breached any policies, and I'm quite a high-level publisher based on my monthly traffic and conversion rate. Anyway, I can confirm CJ does not pay. I've had money sitting around in my CJ account since November, and I have not received a penny. All that's happening is my account balance is piling up. Response from Ticket #01613131 (date 06/02/24) Your payment was unable to be processed in prior cycles because this verification step was ongoing. However, that verification process is now complete, so payment should be sent automatically in the next available payout cycle! Once payment is generated, it will go through our standard approval process before being issued. Future payments should not have to go through this tax form verification process unless your tax information was changed within CJ. Todays date 22/03/2024 Update: 22/03/2024 We noticed that you recently made a change to your information within the CJ Account Manager. Your payment details must be validated prior to sending payments so I can confirm your account is now in the queue to be verified by our Corporate team. Once verification is successful, no notification will be sent, but you’ll see your payments get processed in the next available cycle. Future payments wouldn’t need additional verification unless you make changes to your payment details. If Corporate cannot verify the information, I’ll reach back out with information on what needs to be addressed Is it me or are these responses similar Does CJ actually pay publishers. There’s so many Reddit posts of them not paying publishers. I’ve removed the links from my site. They’ve made 8.4k off me for free

Due to no transactions, CJ deactivated my account. But before that, they sent me email that my account will be deactivated. I requested them not to deactivate because my account is new, and I have activated links recently, but they did not respond. However, today they deactivated my account but reactivated immediately. Thanks for that. I was worried that like Amazon, my generated affiliate links will be gone but all of my advertisers and links were active.
