Terminated without explanation, poor support CJ closed my publisher account without notice and without a clear reason. When I contacted support, I got generic responses that didn't address my questions, and nobody was willing to explain what rule I supposedly broke. Publishers invest a lot in driving traffic, and being shut down with no clarity, and uncertainty about unpaid commissions, is frustrating and unfair. Support needs to be far more transparent and responsive. Publishers deserve to know why they are removed.

One of the scam networks is eating our earnings. Even though advertisers pay them, they never give us our payment. CJ Net has taken my earnings that were already paid by Contabo.

They keep your income. Nothing for them.

Our contract with CJ ended, but our account still hasn't been closed and our remaining funds are being held with no clear timeline for release. We've followed up multiple times through email and have not received any response or update. The lack of communication around account closure and fund release has been frustrating, and we'd encourage clearer, more responsive support for advertisers going through offboarding.

CJ are a scam company. I've been using them for years- but recently, they've just got worse. I tell all my clients to avoid using them and switch platforms because they're so bad. But some are still with me. They owe me money from a job back in Feb and they still have not paid, giving excuse after excuse. Don't use them as an affiliate or an advertiser.

The comany I was an affiliate for swapped to CJ. Previously I used to earn 150 a month with them. Now I'm earning nothing a month since they went with CJ. And every CJ program I've tried to use doesn't send through converted buyers...it just registers thousands of clicks. So useless!
