I purchased two digital products from this website. One worked correctly, but the other (FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE Steam key) could not be activated in my country. When I tried to redeem the key on Steam, I received the message: “This product is not available for purchase in this country.” This means the key was region-restricted and unusable for me, but this was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. I contacted support and provided evidence. The only solution offered was to wait until the key could be resold to another customer before receiving a refund, which is an uncertain process. I opened a PayPal dispute, but it was closed as the item was considered “as described.” Eventually, PayPal provided a goodwill credit to cover the loss. The issue was not about the money, but about clarity and fairness. Buyers should be clearly informed if a key has regional restrictions before purchase.

Company is not a scam, in fact when things work they work well but their advertiser support has really gone down hill, they really don't want to work with advertisers when issues occur, it's all pretty much a do it yourself approach, despite having made over $100,000 in override fees. Their locking affiliate commission date of ten days is a nightmare, if you spot an issue after ten days there is no way to rectify the problem, meaning you could loose $1000s in commissions.

It has always been working fine for me. Horrible interface, but it works and I get paid in time. However, I haven't received any payment since May 2020. 7 Months without payment right now. They say it has to do with the Tax Information in my account, but I have added this information 7 months ago already. Only standard reply for Customer Service, no help at all. I still have over 2.000 EUR of commission in my account. That is MY MONEY that I have worked hard for! Just sent them another ticket, hoping for the best. Giving 2 stars because I'm still giving them a chance since everything worked fine until May 2020.

I logged in but found their website too confusing for a beginner. I managed to find companies with affiliate programs but could not integrate CJ's website with theirs.

Been with this affiliate for almost 20 years and my site pushes a lot of traffic their way. I have made small amounts of cash, here and there. The bandwidth hogging web site is ridiculously slow and hard to use. Never mind trying to easily find a certain size banner ad; the publishers do not update their graphics enough. I wish they could redesign the site to be better and simpler.

It was difficult to figure out their program then once I finally did they banned my account without any reason, warning or explanation why. I own an entertainment company named MC Entertainment & Services. We book out only legal services and the entertainment is children, family and adult friendly depending on what the customer wants or needs. These guys are not professional at all and have no consideration for others time and business efforts. Do not use CJ Affiliates!!!
