Our Account Rep, Bijan Tavazoie, has become a trusted partner. Working together on two loans now, and sharing vendor resources. I know he has our best interests at heart, and I will continue recommending his services.

The service by Wade LaRouche was extremely professional. He gave diligent answers to all questions and made himself ever available. He and Teresa Esquivel went above and beyond to make my deal happen.

“Exceptional follow up and execution skills. Extremely professional, friendly and easy to work with. Quick turn around on everything from pre approvals to funding. 6 Stars to my team!!! They deserve raises and promotions :) Love the Broker portal, it makes the flow of what we do a million times easier so everyone can focus on completing tasks and getting on to new business. Much appreciated and gets easier and better to work with Civic as we grow together. Pamela Kimble, BRE Capital & Investments, LLC
