Tedd was responsive to my calls and had a desire to work with me. I was new broker/client to CIVC. Generally the transaction went well. The speed bumps were Tedd appeared to have limited experience and I was experienced in residential lending but new to CIVIC and its processes. I would do more business with CIVIC and Tedd will improve with experience. I would close with a suggestion and that CIVC would be to invest in an online loan application and a secure method of delivering borrower processing documents. Bob
