Great to work with and FAST!!

I understood that Civic was a hard money lender but when I started to send in the documents, it was more like a B/C lender asking for way too much for the terms and interest rate that the Client ended up with. I could have taken the loan to others with less hassle and work on my part if I had known of all the hoops I would be jumping through with my Client.. Thank you.

Dara is awesome to work with. The process was quick and I was really impress. I would recommend working to everyone.

We’ve had issue after issue, but Eric kept us going with his positive attitude. Paul went out of his way to make sure that we were looked after and felt genuinely bad for the delay. After all was said and done we closed today and all is well.

Mr Eli and his team offer excellent service and quick response times.

Eric has been fantastic BUT..... the delays have been outrageous. We were supposed to close September 21st. Since that date we have had several different closing dates that fell through. The seller is getting frustrated and so are we. Civic made a mistake that is taking them 3 full days to try and get it fixed. Now the word is that it will be the end of this week. It’s putting us in a VERY tough position time wise. So very frustrated and very worried that we might not make it in time. *** update, I have changed the rating previously given, Paul from Civic contacted me right away, he worked very hard to make things right, we closed two days after my previous review. Civic obviously cares about their customers as long as they are aware of an issue. We are very pleased with the outcome, Thank you Paul and Eric for all your hard work, we are looking forward to partnering with you on our next project
