Tony and his team made their loan process painless! This is my second time working with Tony and you can bet I will be coming back!

We were told the loan would close in 7-10 days, but it took longer than 3 weeks. They also came back many times asking for the same things we had already sent in - very frustrating. Also, it was not spelled out on some items they wanted and caused quite a bit of confusion. Would have been helpful if they had returned phone calls instead of sending the same emails over and over.

If every transaction is easy, then everyone would have been doing real estate investment. Getting funding for Ahaolelo Road was no different. We were placed in a very challenging position where our 15k EMD was about to be forfeited due fraudulent second lien position. Though it was very difficult to move forward after our business account was place on hold, we were able to persevere and close a week a half later. Cameron played a key role in making that happen.
