Awesome service. Very responsive. There was a delay on the seller's side and Civic was on top of it and was ready to close immediately.

Zac Miller was absolutely great! Extremely professional, honest, reliable, attentive, and knowledgeable of all Civic products and guidelines. We had a very pleasant experience with the way our first loan was handled at Civic and how smooth the process was. The entire team that worked on our loan did an amazing job at communicating all that was needed from the very beginning. We are looking forward to sending more loan submissions to Civic.

Matt was very responsive throughout our multi property refinance. He and his team did an excellent job of communicating hurdles and checkpoints as we progressed through the process. They also offer investor friendly loan products that are difficult to find from other lenders. Would reccommend to other investors.
